Regional Special Projects
Each year Region 1 showcases Parents’ Month as a Regional Special Project. This is staged in the month of November.

In undertaking Parents’ Month activities, Region 1 works in conjuction with the Coalition for Better Parenting and other member agencies.

A major part of the Parents’ Month celebrations is a mini-exhibition, which highlights the work of the member agencies as well as inform parents on techniques for better parenting.

Conferences are also held to dissminate information to attendees on how to become better parents and guardians.
