Social Assessment Report

This social assessment was undertaken by Beverley Carlson and Janet Quello in January 2002. The purpose of the assessment is to hear the views of stakeholders (principals, teachers, students, parents, and community members) on their views of issues in education and their aspiration. The information is used to guide the design of the project. Special investigation was carried out with the Maroon communities in order to ensure their equal access to the benefits of ROSE II.
