Improving School Administration
Some pilot schools have already started to realize great improvements in carrying out administrative activities. These include:
- using the spreadsheet to record admission data,
- using the spreadsheet as an electronic grade book which automatically calculates averages,
- using word processor to create report form and print completed students' reports with merged data from the electronic grade book.
Most schools now also have a website presence which is used to keep stakeholders up-to-date about school information.
